1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
2. Shipping Costs
FREE SHIPPING on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden fees, no handling charges, and no surprise costs at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will typically begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Total time from order to delivery: approximately 4–10 business days.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's schedule and conditions outside our control (weather, holidays, etc.).
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on your location and the size of your order. The selection is made to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at paulclate02241971@outlook.com.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at paulclate02241971@outlook.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Reach out to us at paulclate02241971@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist you.
For packages that arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will contact you. You may be responsible for re-shipping costs in such cases.
